Where duplicate accounts are identified, vb999 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, cancel all pending transactions, and forfeit all balances pending investigation without prior notice.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering a vb999 Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your Pakistani mobile number, which serves as your primary login identifier. You undertake to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to approving your first withdrawal, vb999 will request KYC documentation to verify your identity and age. Accepted documents include your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid Pakistani passport. vb999 may request additional supporting documentation at any stage, including proof of payment method ownership, where required by its licensing obligations.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or account access with any third party. vb999 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) immediately upon registration. vb999 will never request your password via SMS, email, or live chat — any such request is not from vb999 and should be reported immediately.

• Use a unique password not used for any other service or application.
• Do not log in from shared, public, or unsecured Wi-Fi networks.
• Enable 2FA via Account Settings → Security immediately after registration.

5.1 Deposits

vb999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the vb999 Account. vb999 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. All deposits must represent funds that are the Player's own money, derived from lawful sources.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in the same name as the vb999 Account. Successful completion of KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Standard withdrawal processing times are 5–30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa for verified accounts and 1–4 hours for bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) during standard banking hours.

5.3 Currency & Fees

However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply their own fees, over which vb999 has no control. Currency conversion fees do not apply, as vb999 operates exclusively in PKR.

vb999 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only. Bonus abuse — including structuring bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk — is prohibited and may result in cancellation of the bonus and suspension of the Account.

All games available on the vb999 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which take precedence over these general Terms in cases of specific game-related disputes. General fair play provisions are as follows:

All content on the vb999 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, text, software interfaces, promotional materials, and the vb999 brand name — is the intellectual property of vb999 or its licensed game studio partners. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, display, sell, or create derivative works from any vb999 Platform content without express written permission from the Company. Permitted personal use of Platform content (such as sharing screenshots of your own gaming activity for non-commercial personal posts) does not extend to commercial exploitation of vb999 branding.

vb999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data practices relevant to your account include:

• Account registration data (mobile number, personal details) is retained for the duration of your Account and for a regulatory retention period thereafter.
• KYC documents are stored securely and processed only for the purpose of identity and age verification as required by vb999's international gaming license.
• Transaction records are retained for audit, compliance, and dispute resolution purposes.

• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, network infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks.
• Losses caused by the Player acting on information obtained from third parties, including social media accounts, WhatsApp groups, or other platforms not operated by vb999.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, even if vb999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

vb999's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the balance held in that Player's Account at the time of the incident. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by vb999's negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may request closure of your vb999 Account at any time by contacting live chat support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining Real Balance in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

13.2 Termination by vb999

vb999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, confirmed or suspected fraud, money laundering activity, underage use, provision of false KYC documentation, bonus abuse, or regulatory direction. In cases of confirmed breach, vb999 may withhold or forfeit account balances and provide information to relevant authorities where legally required.

In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, transactions, bonus application, or account decisions, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute via vb999 live chat or email. Include your Account mobile number, the date and time of the relevant event, and the game round ID or transaction reference where applicable. Disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the event in question.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: vb999's support team will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 7 business days, referencing applicable game logs, transaction records, and these Terms.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may escalate to the dispute resolution body designated by vb999's international gaming license. Details of the applicable escalation body are available from vb999 support upon request.

vb999 maintains complete game round logs and transaction audit trails. In the event of any factual dispute, these records shall be treated as the definitive record of events, subject to any finding made by the escalation body.

vb999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via notification on the Platform and/or via SMS to the registered mobile number. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which vb999's international gaming license is issued. In the event of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 14, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent under vb999's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit vb999's right to take proceedings against you in any other jurisdiction where you maintain assets or residency, or to enforce any judgment or order obtained from a court of competent jurisdiction in any other jurisdiction.
